The God Who Sees Your Silent Tears

Devotional Word:
There are tears that fall in private moments—the ones that come when everyone else thinks you're doing fine. The pain that hides behind your smile during Sunday service. The heartbreak you carry while serving others. The fear that whispers in the quiet hours of the night.
You might feel invisible in your struggle, but God sees you.
Hagar knew this truth intimately. Cast out and alone in the wilderness, she encountered El Roi—the God who sees. Not the God who might see if He's paying attention, but the God whose very nature is to see, know, and care about every detail of our lives.
Your silent tears are not silent to Him. He sees the pain you've never put into words. He knows the prayers you've cried instead of prayed. He understands the weight you carry that no one else even knows exists.
You don't have to perform for God or prove that your pain is "big enough" to deserve His attention. He's already moved by your heart. He's already making a way where there seems to be no way. He's already working on your behalf.
In your most isolated moments, remember: you are seen, you are known, and you are deeply loved.
