Our Mission
I Was Silenced By Life — But Called By God.
My name is Tammy Maynard
A woman of faith, a mother of six, a visibility and mindset coach for women, and the founder of Unmuted Ministry™.
But before I ever had a ministry, I had pain.
I grew up in Central Georgia and experienced bullying early in life that wounded parts of my confidence. I learned how to be strong — or at least appear strong — because being vulnerable wasn’t safe. That little girl grew into a woman who always wanted to help others… but rarely felt fully seen herself.
I've survived heartbreaks that should have shattered me. I endured friendships filled with jealousy and betrayal. I stood in rooms where I was talked about, overlooked, and mistreated by mean-spirited women — the very ones I tried to love.
In 2020, I started my business journey and became a mindset coach. In 2022, I opened my online boutique, Aplomb Styles, to empower women through both mindset, confidence, and fashion. I was thriving, creating, building, and growing.
But in December 2024, my world shifted. I discovered the most painful betrayal of my life — infidelity from the man I’d called my best friend for 17 years, the father of our. children. I was still recovering after giving birth to our twins. Postpartum. Weakened. Brokenhearted.
After everything that happened, the Lord began to pull me into something deeper.
My business paused. My boutique slowed down. And yet… I was being awakened.
In that quiet season, I felt the undeniable call to walk closer with God — to sit in His Word, to seek His presence, and to know Him for real. Not just for what He could do, but to learn His character, His heart, His personality. I wanted to truly understand Jesus — the one who died for all of our sins and rose again.
I began reading the Bible with my children, my mom, and even my teenage nephew. I started speaking life into my nieces and nephews, talking more about Christ with those around me — not just teaching business, but teaching faith.
And although my entrepreneurship journey went quiet…
I never forgot the women I served.
I never forgot the clients I coached or the community I loved.
I never forgot the ones who believed in me before I fully believed in myself.
Now, as I step back into the light, I do it with discernment.
I return to this online space not just to speak — but to serve with purpose.
This is bigger than visibility.
It’s about souls.
So yes, I will continue coaching women. I will still teach confidence and content and branding. But I will also teach repentance. I will talk about the Rapture. I will pray over homes and hearts. I will make space for healing, for Scripture, for discipleship, and for bold truth.
I’ve seen too much not to speak.
I’ve been through too much not to obey.
I’ve been muted — but I’ve also been called.
Unmuted Ministry™ was born from my silence — but it will not remain silent.
It was born from betrayal — but it will build sisterhood.
It was born from pain — but it will lead others to the cross.
If you’ve ever been broken, bullied, betrayed, or burdened…
You’re not alone, sis.
There’s still a voice in you.
There’s still purpose in you.
There’s still healing for you.
God is calling you out of hiding.
Out of fear.
Out of shame.
Out of silence.
This is your time.
You’re not invisible.
You’re not forgotten.
You’re not too far gone.
You, too, are Unmuted & Redeemed.
The Heart of Unmuted Ministry™
Our Mission
Unmuted Ministry™ exists to lead women from silence to redemption—healing hearts, strengthening faith, and preparing souls for eternity through the Word of God, prayer, and community.
We help women heal, rise, and prepare for Jesus’ return through Scripture-rooted truth, sisterhood, and Spirit-led resources.
We equip women to grow deeper in the Word, recover from life’s wounds, and use their voices for God's glory.
This is a ministry for the unseen, the overlooked, the women who’ve been through the fire — and are ready to rise, bold and unmuted.
Why We Exist
Too many women are walking through betrayal, bullying, grief, shame, and spiritual exhaustion—alone.
God called us to create a safe, Bible-anchored space where women can be seen, healed, discipled, and equipped to live unmuted—in their homes, churches, and communities.
Core Values
-

Healing is Holy
There’s no shame in the process.
We believe healing takes time, and God meets you right where you are — in your tears, your trauma, your triggers, and your truth. Here, you are safe to be raw and real. We don’t rush healing. We honor it. Because wholeness isn’t a performance — it’s a process, and it’s holy to God. -

Bold Truth, Not Sugarcoated Fluff
We speak Kingdom truth, not trends.
Unmuted Ministry™ is not a space for watered-down faith or feel-good messages that lack conviction. We speak the truth in love — about sin, repentance, identity, deliverance, and eternity. Because real healing and freedom begin where real truth is told. -

Sisterhood Over Silence
You don’t have to walk alone.
Many women suffer in silence — but not here. We believe in the power of sisterhood, community, and covering one another in prayer and love. This ministry is a movement of women rising together, not competing. We listen, lift, and link arms in Christ. -

Obedience Over Performance
We follow God, not likes.
We are not here to be popular — we’re here to be obedient. In a culture that values attention over alignment, we choose to obey God’s voice even when it’s unpopular. Whether one woman is watching or a thousand, we serve with purpose, not performance.
What We Do (The Five Pillars)
1) Healing is Holy
We honor the process. Through prayer, pastoral care referrals, and Scripture-soaked devotionals, we walk with women toward wholeness.
2) Bold Truth
No watered-down gospel. We teach repentance, identity in Christ, holiness, and the hope of salvation—rooted in the Bible, not trends.
3) Sisterhood
We don’t gossip; we cover. In the Unmuted Sisterhood (FB community), we pray, study, and grow together in love and accountability.
4) Readiness
We prepare hearts for the return of Jesus with end-time teaching and practical, daily obedience—awake, alert, and anchored in hope.
5) Equipping
We create faith tools—checklists, study guides, and Scripture cards—so women can live out the Word in everyday life.
